Privacy Policy

1. What Information We Collect

Visra is designed to collect minimal personal data. We currently collect:

• Search queries — passport and destination selections made during visa searches (not linked to any individual)
• Community reports — your name and travel experience details if you voluntarily submit a report
• Usage data — standard analytics data such as page views and general location (country level) via Cloudflare

2. What We Do Not Collect

• We do not require account registration
• We do not collect email addresses (unless you contact us)
• We do not collect payment information
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use tracking cookies for advertising

3. Community Reports

If you submit a traveller report, your name and report content are stored and displayed publicly on the platform. Do not include sensitive personal information in your report. You may request removal of your report by contacting us via the Feedback link.

4. AI Processing

Search queries are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for processing via a secure server-side proxy. Queries are processed to generate responses and are subject to Anthropic's data handling policies. We do not store individual search queries on our servers.

5. Cloudflare

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard server logs including IP addresses for security and performance purposes. Please refer to Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

6. Cookies

We use minimal technical cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies.
